Our manufacturing facilities are ISO13485, AS 9100, ISO 9001, and ISO14001 certified. Our broad capabilities include investment casting for superalloys, titanium alloys, & carbon steel, and stainless steel, investment casting, permanent mold casting, and shell mold casting for aluminum alloys. Our precision machining capabilities include 3, 4, and 5-axis milling and turning, CNC turning, milling, grinding, drilling with a variety of sizes and material specifications. Materials include aluminum alloy, carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, and superalloy in various profiles, including bar stock, billet, castings, and forgings. The sand casting capabilities include resin sand and green sand casting processes, producing parts from a few kilograms up to several tons. In addition, we have in-house laboratory testing, NDT facilities, heat treatment, surface treatment, welding, and other special processes to support different production requirements.
