Novoplast Schlauchtechnik develops and manufactures high-quality hoses and offers the appropriate connections and components as well as assemblies for demanding applications in medicine. In addition to our extensive know-how in plastics, our customers benefit from our many years of experience in the medical technology industry.
We develop customised hoses. In doing so, we adapt to the material ideas, designs and dimensions of our customers. We realise a customer-specific design such as delivery in fixed lengths, rolls with special lengths or tubing on spools according to your ideas. In addition to monolumen, multilumen and multilayer tubing, we also offer customised solutions in the field of microextrusion.
We realise individual product developments in class 6 to 8 clean rooms. With special measuring and testing facilities, we have the most modern equipment at our disposal to ensure product quality.
Injection moulding and extrusion know-how under one roof
In close cooperation with our subsidiary FLEIMA PLASTIC in Wald-Michelbach, we are able to manufacture many of our plastic articles into complete assemblies according to customer requirements. FLEIMA PLASTIC has its own mould and tool making facilities and can therefore produce injection moulded parts from polymer materials quickly and efficiently. These meet the highest demands in terms of quality, functionality and reliability. It is possible to assemble several components under clean room conditions up to class 7.
