The wide product range includes various uncoated and coated sterile barrier materials, premanufactured sterile barrier systems and chemical indicators. We also offer infection control products, labelling and documentation solutions, as well as an extensive portfolio of solutions that provide additional support for the packaging of sterile medical devices, pharmaceuticals and sensitive products of the bio sciences.
All products of VP Medical Packaging are manufactured on high quality production facilities in Germany, which have been expanded with brand new capacities and equipment located in cleanrooms of class 7 according to ISO 14644 Part 1 and 2.
Among the variety of our offered materials, customers can choose the right material for their products. The wide assortment of VP Medical Packaging includes paper, non-woven material, DuPont™ Tyvek® for flat packaging (4SS), form fill seal packaging (FFS) as rollstock and lid as well as pouches and reels.
Safety and security
The security of your products is our very first priority. For this reason, we only manufacture under clean room conditions of class 7 and class 8 according to ISO 14644. Laboratory test studies ensure functionality and the highest quality of our packaging solutions.
