Under the agreement, the companies will work on the development of an all-in-one system to perform catheter ablation procedures for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.

Endosense CEO Eric Le Royer said this integrated system will deliver the combined benefits of their technologies to electrophysiologists and their patients.

GE Healthcare Interventional Electrophysiology GM Jean-Michel Milles said integrating the data provided by Endosense technology into their EP suite will help to further enable electrophysiologists to continue performing complex procedures with confidence and efficiency.

BIOTRONIK is the distributor of Endosense’s force-sensing catheter in Europe, Latin America, Canada, Africa and the Middle East.
