Canon will showcase different digital radiography solutions, which are designed to help healthcare professionals speed up examination of patients.

At the event, the company will showcase CXDI-701C Wireless Digital Radiography (DR) System, CXDI-801C Wireless DR System and the new Canon CXDI-401C Wireless DR System, which offers better image quality and rapid results for large and small anatomical views.

According to the company, these systems feature an X-ray Auto Detection mode, in which the wireless DR system can detect X-rays at exposure and shift to image acquisition mode automatically without the use of a typical generator interface.

The company will also exhibit new RadPRO OMNERA 400 Series Digital Radiographic Systems, RadPRO OMNERA 400A Auto-Positioning Digital Radiographic System and RadPRO OMNERA 400T Digital Radiographic System, as well as DR Image Viewer and Control Software NE.

Canon U.S.A Healthcare Solutions Division vice president and general manager and Virtual Imaging president Tsuneo Imai said the RadPRO digital radiography solutions incorporating Canon leading-edge imaging technology are designed to deliver high-resolution imaging with a low X-ray dose to the patient and to support an efficient and customizable workflow for the imaging department.
