Transolutions’ President Michael Carnrite will continue to lead the US-based acute care services and Apex development teams.

The acquisitions further Accentus’ strategy to be a provider of Integrated Medical Document Management Solutions to the North American healthcare industry.

ZyloMed specializes in the creation and delivery of medical reports for the US ambulatory market and currently operates in over 35 states in the US with a large team of US-based transcriptionists.

Accentus CEO Stephen Rogers said that they were looking to expand their service portfolio and to pursue new growth opportunities in areas that complemented their existing strengths.

"Each acquisition augments our ability to bring more comprehensive, flexible, and cost effective document management solutions to market, both in the US and in Canada."
