The new network, the Quality Alliance, will bring together the Cleveland Clinic Hospitals, physicians, and more than 1,000 private practitioners in the community.

The Cleveland Clinic, through its Community Physician Partnership (CPP), recognized the need to pursue Clinical Integration as a contracting vehicle and quality of care strategy, creating substantial interdependence among its participating providers.

CPP leadership selected Valence based on their ability to aggregate health care data from physicians, hospitals, and other providers.

Cleveland Clinic Market and Network Services executive director Michael McMillan said they were looking for a partner who could provide the tools and support to meet their goals of improving quality and standardizing patient care.

Valence’s clinical integration solution includes assistance with physician integration strategies, data collection and analysis, performance reporting, and point-of-care tools to support improved quality and efficiencies.
