Amerinet selected Arrow peripherally inserted central catheters (PICCs) as part of a multi source agreement.
The new agreement begins 1 May 2011 and extends through 30 April 2014.
The Arrow PICC product line includes the recently introduced Arrow EVOLUTION PICC with Chlorag+ard antimicrobial technology, the first Chlorhexidine-treated peripherally inserted central catheter with both intraluminal and extraluminal protection.
Chlorag+ard technology provides broad spectrum antimicrobial protection against bacterial and fungal colonization.
