The VersiTomic G-Lok is designed for use in soft tissue fixation during orthopaedic reconstruction procedures
The rod design of the device creates a spring-like action to allow the G-Lok to automatically deploy on the cortical surface.
G-Lok’s loop material is made from the technology in high performance medical-grade fiber from Dyneema Purity, available in multiple loop sizes, and is designed to increase creep resistance and enhance strength.
In addition, G-Lok XL is available to provide an additional 5mm in length and 1mm in width to the G-Lok.
G-Lok joins Stryker’s VersiTomic Flexible Reaming System whose piece technology allows for anatomically placed tunnels without the need to hyperflex the knee,
It also combines with Biosteon Biocomposite Interference Screws for a solution to ACL/PCL reconstruction.
Stryker Joint Preservation vice president and general manager Matt Moreau said VersiTomic platform is designed to provide surgeons with the flexibility and versatility they need to create a more anatomic ACL or PCL reconstruction while allowing them to customize their technique to the patient.
