MESA, a European service business of ARAMARK Healthcare, provides integrated clinical equipment repair, parts, equipment and maintenance services to hospitals and diagnostic imaging centers.
MESA has received certification for its diagnostic imaging equipments such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computerized tomography (CT), positron emission tomography (PET), angio/cardiac imaging systems and other general xray systems.
ARAMARK Healthcare Clinical Technology Services president Brian Poplin said ISO13485 certification is obtained by original equipment manufacturers, so their ability to achieve approval helps ensure hospitals the quality service with the flexibility of an organization that is independent from the manufacturer.
ARAMARK Healthcare’s MESA business vice president and general manager Rob Piconi said they are pleased to have received the ISO13485:2003 certification from LRQA which independently validates MESA’s operational capabilities to deliver the highest quality and reliable diagnostic imaging equipment solutions to their customers.
