Dr. John Padfield, Optos’ chairman said: On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Allan for the excellent contribution he has made to the business. Since joining the Company in 2003 Allan has contributed widely to the strategic development of Optos including his role in steering the Company through its IPO and, for a period, as interim CEO. We all wish him well as he develops his career.
